Cambridge Audio Visual evolved from our sister company Camvis. Camvis was established in 1973 by two teachers, John and Barbara Bye when they began manufacturing headphone junction boxes for the education market.
The business naturally progressed into the supply and hire of audio-visual equipment such as projectors and PA systems. Soon enough, technology advanced to incorporate IT systems into the AV area, we found complex systems becoming more straightforward which in turn, has made it easier to help our clients find the right solution to fit their need.
Today, with over 43 years, Cambridge Audio-Visual prides itself on providing high-quality support for conferences, business meetings and teaching. We work with many of the region's top businesses, providing reliable equipment, carefully prepared, and installed by a team that draws on a wealth of experience to make sure that every installation is delivered to the best of our ability.
